This is a private message mechanism to send a private message to Admin without having to send him an email. Nobody but Admin will be able to see what you wrote.
You are welcome to leave the "Email" field blank if you do not want to show me your email, but I will not be able to reply to a message unless you enter an email, and nobody will see the email you enter anyway.
